Delivery
All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped from London, United Kingdom. Each piece is protected to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days within the United Kingdom and 7–14 working days for international orders.
You will receive confirmation once your artwork has been shipped.
Free Shipping
Free delivery is included on all eligible orders. Shipping, duties, taxes, and insurance are included in the price. No additional charges apply at checkout.
Free international shipping is currently available to the United States, Australia, Canada, Germany, France, and the Netherlands.
Free Returns
Free returns are available within 30 days of delivery, excluding made-to-order items and commissioned artworks. Returned artworks must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.
To arrange a return, please get in touch via the contact page. A free return label will be provided for you to download and print.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.
Damaged Goods
If your artwork arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the piece via the contact page.
Payment
Payments are processed securely via PayPal. You can also pay in 3 instalments at 0% interest with PayPal (terms apply). Alternative payment methods including bank transfer are available on request.
Certificate of Authenticity
Each piece is an original work and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
