Artworks
All works are original, one-of-a-kind pieces. Each is signed on the front and back and includes a certificate of authenticity. Subtle variations in colour and texture may occur between screen representations and the physical work.
Pricing & Payment
Prices include shipping, duties, taxes, and insurance. No additional charges apply at checkout.
Payments are processed securely via PayPal. You can also pay in 3 instalments at 0% interest with PayPal (terms apply). Alternative payment methods including bank transfer are available on request. Abstractzy does not store, process, or have access to any payment information, card details, or financial data. All transactions are handled entirely by PayPal.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from London, United Kingdom. Dispatch usually takes place within 1–3 working days. Delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 3–5 working days. International delivery typically takes 7–14 working days. Free international shipping is available to the United States, Australia, Canada, Germany, France, and the Netherlands. Damaged Goods
If an artwork arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the piece via the contact page.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, excluding made-to-order and commissioned artworks. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is free.
Commissioned Works
Commissioned artworks are made to order and are non-returnable. Commission enquiries can be made via the contact page. Terms specific to each commission will be agreed in writing before work begins.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including artwork images, descriptions, and text, remains the property of Emre Egesel (Abstractzy) and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission. Purchase of a physical artwork does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the image or design of that work.
Privacy
Abstractzy does not collect, store, or process personal data directly. For full details on how information is handled, please read the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Abstractzy’s liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the purchase price of the artwork. Abstractzy is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the purchase or use of artworks.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from a purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
